| Research Abstract |
Historical materials investigation was carried out during the research in Changchun City, Harbi n City, Beijing City and so on. Between the first year and the second year, we mainly researched the Archeves of Manchuria Railway materials and the Jilin Province Archives in Changchun City. We collected historical materials about our research task and an examination were done.
Tetsuo Imura and Toshio Kojima published some papers about South Manchuria Railway using for those collected materials. Kenchi Yoshii published two papers on the labor of the Manchuria which were holded by the Jilin Province Archives. Based on historical materials investigation about the Heilongjiang Province library of Harbin City and Harbin City library related to those two railway , Susumu Tsukase and Saveriev Igor announced papers officially.
We investigated another materials on the South Manchuria Railway which holded by the Institute of Modern History ,Chinese Academy of Social Science in Beijing City and the Tianjin City library on the Third year of this program. The historical materials catalog made in these a series of historical materials investigations, and a part of the research result are being introduced to the public in(the Laboratory related to Japanese Modern and Contemporary History, Study on Japan Sea Rim Area of Japan area of Niigata university) in Web.
Holding of the international symposium "the regional network of east Asia" of Niigata university in March, 2007, and it proceeded with the examination about the problem about our research task. Those result was announced to. The other international symposium "the historical construction of Northeast Asian region network" holded in Niigata university on October 2007. We discussed our theme based on the reports of our five members in 2 session "the network of Northeast Asea area ". These results were announced to the East Asian Rim Research Center Report March, 2007' publication No3, March, 2008' officially.
