Research Abstract

「ペルー革命」 と呼ばれたペルーの軍事政権(1968年10月~1980年7月)について、1968年10月から1975年10月までの閣議録下書きを精査することによって、軍内政治のあり方、政権の内部事情、各閣僚の志向、当時のペルーの状況などについて、多くの情報を得ることができた。また、軍事政権第二期(1975年8月~1980年7月)の統治綱領であるトゥパック・アマル計画の第一次草稿を後の確定版と比較することによって、政府の志向がどのように変化したかを確認することができた。
