Research Abstract

スポーツ集団の状況を社会的アイデンティティという視点でとらえた.台湾と日本の大学バレーボール選手の比較では,日本と台湾の選手では集団への同一視プロセスに違いがあることがわかった.
体育系ではない多種多様な専門領域を有する総合大学に在籍する大学生を対象に所属集団の集団雰囲気を測定した結果では,女子の方がより主体的,積極的に集団の活動に関わっていた.
甘い方向に流されがちだと評される現代の大学生の中にも,互いに切磋琢磨できる厳しい集団を求める大学生がいることが明らかとなった.
研究を進める上で,国によって「スポーツ集団」自体の存在が全く異なることも明らかとなった.したがって,スポーツ集団の一般的理論を我が国のスポーツ集団に直接当てはめることは適切ではないと思われた.
