| Research Abstract |
本研究は、英語冠詞を日本語母語話者が習得する際に困難となる要因について、実証的に検討したものである。具体的には、発話の状況を動画あるいは文章で提示して、英語を話したり、書いたりして産出した。書き言葉データ(1699例)の分析を行った結果、各冠詞の産出頻度はthe(747例)、a(658例)、φ(294例)の順であり、正答率はφ(89.80%)、a(87.23%)、the(82.73%)の順であった。またtheの誤用が多いことが目立った。一方、クローズドテストを使った実験においては、学習者がtheと結びつけ易い特定性の有無が、冠詞を正しく使用するかどうかに関わっていることが分かった。
