| Research Abstract |
本研究はイギリスにおける1990 年代以降の統治変容の特徴を、政府・利益団体関係に注目することで明らかにする。この時期の統治制度改革では、地域(サブナショナル)レベルにおける経済戦略策定の能力向上と民主主義の拡充が重視されている。しかし改革は、利害関係者のネットワークが地方(ローカル)レベルを中心に展開しているという政策過程の実態や、政策において社会的観点を重視する有権者の期待と整合性を欠いており、幅広い利害の包摂によって政策内容を充実させるという改革の目的を達することとなっていない。
