| Research Abstract |
From the year of 2000, social welfare business is competitive in Japan. But few management in this field knows how to manage.
We researched the thinking of top managements of many social welfare institutions(sisetu-cho) with questionnaire and interviewing.
We found 6 behavior factors in top managements with factor analysis.
