We have accomplished following research work:

a)Performed peer interview to Mr.Shinichi Tamaki, Manager of the St.Luke's hospital. He was a chief officer and charged of the EMR project. June 3, 2005 and March 1, 2006.
b)Performed participated observation and interview to the doctor's team at Okinawa Chubu hospital, February 7 to 9, 2005.
c)Performed participated observation to the management system, Kochi Medical Center, March 16 to 18,2006.
d)Performed participated observation and interview to the doctor's team at Shimane Chuo hospital, July 13 to 14, 2006.
e)Peer interview to the EMR managers and nurses, Jichi Medical hospital, August 30 to 31,2006.
f)Performed participated observation and interview to the doctor's team, nurses, and chief co medical, Mitsubishi kagaku hospital March 6 to 9, 2007.
4)Peer survey at Jichi Medical University hospital
