Research Abstract |
Supports for works to the handicapped students in the university almost depend on the organization outside the university or on the approach of the students. Many universities actively support the normal students for their getting works, but not the handicapped students. The first reason for the unconcern is that the persons in charge of supports for the students to get works do not understand handicaps and/or handicapped students. That is to say, there is no know-how of the job hunting support to the handicapped students. The principle of job hunting is to make managers understand the students, but it is impossible to explain the impairments if the persons in charge do not understand the abilities of the handicapped students. And, this is to be able to say in the same way to the internship training. The enterprises that receive students for internship are looked for by teachers by means of their personal relationships. Internship training is very important for the handicapped student because it makes the person in charge of adoption understand whether the handicapped person can be employed. To know what abilities the handicapped persons have, concerned persons or organizations are able to use the internship training programs.
