Research Abstract |
Mentoring program was introduced to medical residency program experimentally. In results, it showed that effective mentoring was more received, the GHQ score decreased, howevez then increased in next yeal and the self-esteem increased in mentoring group. In contrast, competitive achievement motive and commitment increased in non-mentoring group.
