Research Abstract |
This research is a production life and is secreted, and has aimed to examine the possibility of a clinical application of tray foil peptide (TFF) that has a strong digestive tube mucous membrane protection action with the digestive tube mucous membrane cuticle. We performed the analysis that took clinical application into consideration of TFF inducer and examined in particular the various reasons child who raised endogenous TFF expression. For the human, it is PPARγ ; Because it is only a human TFF2 gene that the PPAR response area is admitted in the TFF2 gene upstream array, PPARγ though Rigand had been found inducing the appearance of TFF2 in the stomach mucous membrane epithelial cell ; The possibility that the unbridgeable gulf is caused in the result in the human and the animal experiment model was thought about the effect of Rigand of the stomach mucous membrane protection. Because it was known that estrogen played TFF1 appearance a center role in other cell systems such as the breast cancer cells about TFF1 that appeared high by the gastric mucosa with TFF2, a detailed examination was done about the influence of estrogen on the TFF1 appearance in the stomach. As a result, estrogen's not influencing the TFF1 appearance at all though estrogen receptor (ER) appeared in the stomach mucous membrane epithelial cell (chiefly ERβ) became clear. Moreover, NE-κB ; The influence that the Cigna ring of the inflammation stimulation for which B is used exerts on the TFF appearance is examined, and the appearance level of TFF1 is TNF-α It had been found to rise with an inflammatory cytokine. In addition, because treatment with Ricombinant TFF peptide in in vivo or the attempt of the TFF gene introduction treatment was scheduled, the animal experiment model's like TNBS cause colitis model etc. preliminary examinations were done.
