Research Abstract

The research was performed based on the three dimensional structures of the relevant proteins. The structures were analyzed by multi dimensional, multi nuclear, nuclear magnetic resonance techniques. and crystallography or in silico simulation and modeling. To obtain this information, we established the system to analyze the structures developing new techniques. The obtained structures were used for analysis of the receptor activation mechanisms or the intracellular signaling process. The biochemical and physical data obtained here can be used for the structure based drug design. Through this research, we could make a clue to develop the new drugs based on the structure.
