Research Abstract |
Lymph node micrometastasis of breast cancer is important problem. Therefore we review lymph node micrometastasis by Real-time quantitative PCR and flow cytometry. Lymph node micrometastasis is diagnosed in pathology, but it is difficult to image lymph node. Measuring the whole lymph node using Real-time PCR and FCM, we establish diagnostic procedure to prove extremely small carcinoma in high sensitivity.
