| Research Abstract |
:細胞性免疫はT 細胞とHLA と抗原ペプチドの3 分子の親和性に依存している.我々は,子宮癌ワクチン開発のためこれら3 分子の解析を行なった.まず,子宮頚癌患者に存在するヒトパピローマウイルス(HPV)のgenotype と患者のHLA 頻度を解析した.次に特定のHLAに親和性が高い抗原ペプチドを解析した.その結果,子宮癌患者ではHPV type 16 の感染が最も多く,その頻度は 44%であった. このHPV 16 陽性患者のHLA は DRB1*0901 allele の頻度が有意に増加していた.このHLA-DRB1*0901 に結合する HPV 16 E7 内部のアミノ酸配列としてE7d; DSTLRLCVQSTHVDIRTLE を特定した.
