| Research Abstract |
慢性閉塞性肺疾患患者に対して、診断後早い段階で自宅での療養がスムーズにできるように必要な情報の提供などの自己管理のための療養支援プログラムを実施した。結果、介入群と対照群での6ヵ月後比較検討において、介入群の慢性閉塞性肺疾患の患者はセルフマネジメントに必要な「病気の理解」「運動」の情報が充足した。またわずかであるが有効な行動の変化も認められ、療養支援プログラムの有効性が示唆された。
