Research Abstract |
骨代謝と免疫学の融合分野である骨免疫学の確立を目指した。特に、骨代謝に関与する細胞と免疫担当細胞の分化・活性化メカニズムならびに相互作用を、網羅的解析手法や新規の遺伝子改変マウスを作成することにより解析し、関節リウマチや骨粗鬆症などの疾患治療に対する分子基盤の確立を行った
