超高効率量子もつれ光源および検出器の創成と量子もつれ回復プロトコルの研究

Research Abstract

1.励起光源用パルスレーザの開発(水津)
システムの励起光源として用いる,1550nm帯パルス光源を開発・改良し,パラメトリック下方変換を用いた量子もつれ光子生成デバイスの光源として十分な出力の第二高調波光を得た.
2.量子もつれ光子生成PPLNデバイスの開発(枝松,水津他)
今年度導入したレーザ描画装置を用い,Type-2擬似位相整合素子(平成17年度特許出願)を設計・作製した.この素子に関し,準同軸方向へ出射された光子対が偏光量子もつれ状態を形成することを見出した(特許出願).
3.半導体を用いた量子もつれ光源(枝松他)
励起子分子共鳴ハイパーパラメトリック散乱(RHPS)による量子もつれ光子対の発生をさらに高度化し,高純度の量子もつれをもつ光子対を発生することに成功した.
4.半導体試料の作製・評価(中山他)
RHPSが明確に観測できるCuCl薄膜の作製,微小共振器構造の作製と巨大ラビ分裂の観測に成功した.数μmオーダーのZnO厚膜において,微小ピラミッド構造が自己組織化成長することを見出した.
5.2励起子状態からの量子もつれ光子発生についての理論(石原,安食他)
励起子閉じ込め系において,散乱光の量子性を試料の幾何学的構造に応じて具体的に議論できる理論的枠組みを完成させ,閉じ込め励起子,励起子分子と共振器モードとが結合することにより生成される量子力学的準位構造の制御が,もつれ合い光子対生成特性を大幅に改善する自由度を提供することを示した.
