Outline of Annual Research Achievements

鉄系超伝導体を主な対象として、プロトンや重イオン等の高エネルギー粒子線照射により生成される欠陥を用いて、基礎面では超伝導発現機構に関連する超伝導ギャップ構造の解明を、応用面では臨界電流密度の増強を目指して研究を行い、以下の成果を得た。
1、10 mを超える長さの(Ba,A)Fe2As2 (A: Na,K)丸型線材を用いて小型マグネットの試作し、発生磁場の評価を行った。加えて、線材の構造および局所的臨界電流密度を評価。2、異方性の大きな鉄系超伝導体であるKCa2Fe4As4F2単結晶における臨界電流密度に対する粒子線照射効果の詳細な解析を行った。3、残留抵抗率の異なるFeSe単結晶において低温・高磁場相の相境界を詳細に調べ、この相転移に対する乱れの効果を評価した。4、(Ba,Na)Fe2As2単結晶に3 MeVのプロトンを照射し、Tcに対する破壊効果の定量的評価を行った。5、様々な配置で重イオン照射したNbSe2におけるピーク効果を様々な条件で測定し、ピーク効果に関する重要な知見を得た。6、粒子線照射したNbSe2におけるTcおよび結晶格子定数の変化を精密に測定し、Tcの抑制には照射欠陥による散乱よりも結晶格子の膨張がより強く寄与していることを明らかにした。7、平板状の超伝導体の超伝導面に垂直に磁場を印加したときに発生する磁束・反磁束境界のダイナミクスを(Ba,Rb)Fe2As2単結晶において詳細に調べた。8、強磁性超伝導体EuFe2(As,P)2の磁気特性に対する照射欠陥導入効果の検討を行った。9、YBaCu3O7単結晶における重イオン照射効果を最適ドープのTc=90Kの試料のみでなく、Tc=60Kおよびより低いTcを持った試料においても測定し、磁束の柱状欠陥からのデピニングによると考えられるJcの急激な減少と試料の特性パラメターとの相関を明らかにした。
