Outline of Annual Research Achievements

【暑熱環境班】前年度から継続して、インドネシアの都市部において環境情報、文化的な情報、ヒートアイランドの影響もモデルに組み込むためにエネルギー使用状況等の情報および、人間の移動行動をモデルで考慮するために、移動経路と移動手段もアンケート調査を行った。さらに、睡眠深度測定とアンケート調査によって行い、マニラ、ハノイ、フエにおいてもメダン、バンドン、スラバヤ同様の調査でデータベース化を行った。

【水系感染症班】ベトナム・フエで，感染症発生状況を把握する目的で都市の排水路を流れる下水からのノロウイルスの検出を行ったが，洪水時と平常時の検出結果に差がなかった。同じ目的で，下流のラグーンに生息する牡蠣に蓄積したノロウイルスも調べた。GII型の濃度は洪水時に明らかに上昇しており，洪水時における胃腸炎の流行が示唆された。ロタウイルスについても同様の調査を行ったが，明確な季節変動が見られなかった。

【ベクター感染症班】マニラにおいては、航空写真に基づいて、16種類の土地利用区分（高層ビル、住居、商業施設など）に関するGISデータベースを構築した。蚊トラップに蚊の羽音集音装置と羽音スペクトルから種を検出することで蚊生息データを自動的に集める蚊観測技術を開発した。また、蚊に刺された住民がリアルタイムでスマートフォンを介してレポートしてデータ集積するITシステムも開発した。上記で作成した、疫学データ（デング熱罹患率など）、環境データ（気象、土地利用など）、蚊生息データの3者の関係を定量的に結び付ける機械学習モデルをマニラ、バンドン、インドネシア全土において作成した。
