| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed e-learning content for researchers to acquire practical visual design skills. The content was developed for slides and posters used for research presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. The content for all 10 sessions consist of viewing video, exercises and tests.
As a result of examining the content by the graduate class, 93% answered that they would be useful for their research. In addition, 94% answered that they are able to give convincing research presentation about visual design than before.
The completed content is opened to public on a website.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
学会発表のためのスライド・ポスター、論文といった研究成果や、研究費獲得のための申請書には、グラフ、図表、イラストレーション、写真といったビジュアル要素が大きな位置を占めている。しかし残念ながら情報の整理方法・配色・描画力等に問題があり、研究者による「伝わらない」「魅力がない」研究資料が少なくないにもかかわらず、研究者のビジュアルコミュニケーションデザイン力を育てるためのeラーニング教材は国内で例がなかった。
本研究成果を用いることにより、国内の多くの研究者が効率的で効果的に学ぶことができる。そして研究者が研究発表の場で、豊かなビジュアルコミュニケーションデザインを実現することが期待できる。
