Outline of Annual Research Achievements

久賀-佐藤多様体やフェルマ曲線に付随する高次元代数的サイクルに関する岩澤理論およびL-関数の特殊値の研究を行った. この研究はBeilinson-Bloch-Kato予想というL-関数の特殊値と数論的不変量を結びつける整数論の中心課題に関するものである. このBeilinson-Bloch-Kato予想は非常に特別な場合として, リーマン予想とならびクレイ研究所のミレニアム問題にもなっているBirch and Swinnerton-Dyer予想を含む非常に深く広いものである. この予想に関して新しい例をひとつ見つけ, 部分的な結果を得るだけでも第一級の仕事とみなされている. また岩澤理論はこのBBK予想を示すための強力な変形理論的手法で, とくに岩澤主予想を解決するのが最重要課題になっている. 研究代表者と連携研究者の太田和惟氏は, 重さ一般の楕円保型形式の反円分拡大の岩澤主予想の研究を行い, その半分をEuler系を構成することで解決した. 近年はもう半分を示す手法も確立されつつあり, この場合の主予想の解決は大きく前進した. 分担者の千田雅隆氏と台湾国立大学/中央研究院のMing-Lun Hsieh氏は, 総実代数体上の志村曲線を用いて構成されるp進L関数について研究を行い, p進L関数のnon-vanishingを示すことができた. また, 志村曲線上の久賀-佐藤多様体の一般Heegnerサイクルについても研究を行い, p進Abel-Jacobi写像の下でのサイクルの像をColeman積分を用いて計算を行った. これらの結果はこの設定での岩澤主予想を示す上で欠かせないものである.

Reason

当初の計画のとおり重さ一般の楕円保型形式の反円分拡大の岩澤主予想の半分を示すことができた. この結果を論文としてまとめるのに少し時間がかかると思われたが, すでに執筆が終わり投稿も終わっている.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

研究打ち合わせにより分担者と蜜にコンタクトを取る. また分担者が協力して総合的に取り組むところと, 役割分担を決めて個別に取り組む仕事を明確に分ける. また海外出張を通し, 海外の研究者とも情報交換を行う.
