Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的は、外界情報の蓄積とトラフィックのリアルタイム遷移特性をモデル化し、それに基づいて自動車動力システムのエネルギーマネジメント及びそれに伴うエンジンの最適制御手法を開発することであるが、完成年度として、本年度はハイブリットパワートレインに焦点をあてて、外界情報活用による最適化制御手法の体系化を完成させ、以下の成果を得ることができた。① トラフィック情報を活用したエンジン操作モード制御アルゴリズムを構築した。② ガソリンエンジンのEGRループの非線形制御手法を開発し、検証実験を実施した。③ 交通流情報に基づくドライバーディマンドトルクの予測とそれに基づくハイブリット自動車のリアルタイムエネルギーマネジメント最適化制御手法を開発した。④ 極値探索によるリアルタイムのエンジン効率最適化アルゴリズムを構築し、実験検証結果を示した。⑤ 学習理論に基づくハイブリット自動車のリアルタイム最適化手法を構築し、Traffic-in-the-loop環境に置ける検証システムを確立した。
なお、これらの研究成果は、ハイブリットパワートレインやエンジンの制御においてV2Xの情報を活用することによって、エネルギー効率を向上させるポテンシャルを示すばかりではなく、コネクティド環境向けのパワートレイン制御手法の体系化のために活用されていくことが期待できる。また、コネクティド環境が社会全般に実現できていない現状において、トラフィック状況やV2Xの環境を如何に効率よく再現し、パワートレイン実機を用いた検証ができるかが重要な課題であるが、本研究で示したX-in-the-loopの研究手法は一つのソリューションを示したことになる。
