Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究課題では、①網羅的糖ペプチドピークと人工知能を用いた卵巣癌早期診断・予後診断法の開発、②網羅的糖ペプチドプロファイル解析による新たな疾患特異的な糖ペプチドマーカーの探索と同定システムの確立、の二つを目標としていた。①については特許出願（罹患判定支援装置、罹患判定支援方法、及び罹患判定支援プログラム.特許出願番号2019-108992）にまで進みほぼ方法論的には完成し、2次元バーコード画像化について、(A)2次元バーコードでの糖ペプチドピーク配置をPCA解析結果をもとに配置する、(B)CA125とHE4の値によって2次元バーコード全体を色付けする、この2点の改良を追加して新たな色付き2次元バーコード画像化について検討中で、さらに精度の高い診断システムを完成しつつある。
②については、FS-C4BP（卵巣癌マーカー及び卵巣癌検出方法.特許番号: 6145650）の測定キット開発についてもほぼ最終段階に入っている。
①②の結果・完成品をもって、卵巣癌早期診断診断システムとして社会実装を目標に次のステップの計画を立案した。
2020年度からの研究では2019年度に立案した計画をもとに次のステップに入る。
