| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
超微小血管吻合技術を用いたラットにおける血管柄および神経付き小筋肉皮弁移植モデルを作成し改良した。胸部より胸背動静脈を栄養血管茎とし、胸背神経を含む形で広背筋皮弁を挙上した。鼠蹊部の大腿動静脈の分岐である下腹壁動静脈に血管吻合を行い、移植した。胸背神経は坐骨神経の神経束に吻合した。移植後、表面電極を用いた体表からの筋電位を得ることは出来なかった。また微小皮弁移植技術の改良のため、Ratio of Blood Glucose Level Change、pH indicator、Laser Speckle Contrast Imagingを用いた皮弁モニタリング法を開発した。
