Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
I have managed to finish the milestone II-5 on deformations of the Path Integral Optimisation (Published in JHEP) and explored TTbar deformations. I published the work on the Evolution of Complexity with the group in AEI (PRL) and work on Airy function in quantum gravity with Shinji Hirano (JHEP). Moreover, I managed to compute a new quantity called Entanglement of Purification (PRL). Finally the work with Javier Magan on complexity is in the last stages of the review process.
I also finished milestones I-2 and I-3 and we are planning to submit the work to arXiv in the coming weeks. I am still working on the constraints from Einstein equations on Tensor Networks. I visited Perimeter Institute (instead of Ghent) for discussions on Tensor Networks, Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland, to discuss with group of Romulad Janik and CERN to discuss complexity and give a colloquium.
I hosted in Kyoto: Joan Simon from Edinburgh (3 weeks) and we started a project on complexity, a student from AEI, Hugo Camargo (3 weeks) with whom we wrote the article on evolution of Complexity for discussions and Shinji Hirano (3 days) to work on a common project. Finally, I purchased recent books on quantum information and topics related to my proposal. I also bought Sony digital paper (to save the use of paper when making notes), speaker for online seminars that I organize at YITP and small electronics (adapter and PC case).
