| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究のテーマは与えられた簡約群Gとその部分群G'に対して、対称性破れ作用素（すなわち、Gの表現から G'の表現への連続なG'-intertwining作用素）である。その対称性破れ作用素を構成し、分類し、その性質を調べることが本研究の重要な目標である。GとG'はノンコンパクト群であれば、その問題が極めて難しくなる。2015年にMemoirs of American Mathematical Societyにより出版された東京大学の小林俊行先生とCornell大学のBirgit Speh先生の最初の完全分類の結果の論文があるが、本研究はその結果を一般化することを目指した。
いくつかの国内の研究集会参加と、米国Cornell大学滞在による、研究討議・情報収集・研究発表によって、研究成果をまとめることができた。
Quantum Theory and Symmetries with Lie Theory and Its Applications in Physicsで出版された"Image of Conformally Covariant, Symmetry Breaking Operators for R"の論文でレギュラー対称性破れ作用素の像に関する結果を紹介した。
Integral Transforms and Special Functionsで出版された"Double Gegenbauer expansion of |s-t|^\alpha"の論文で対称性破れ作用素の一般化された固有値のため得られた新しい積分公式に関する結果を紹介した。
