| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
昨年度に得られた最大２部マッチング問題を代数的に一般化した2x2型分割行列のランク計算に対する組合せ的な多項式時間アルゴリズムを査読付き国際会議IPCO(Integer Programming and Combinatorial Optimization)で発表した。また、この結果のジャーナルバージョンとして論文"A combinatorial algorithm for computing the rank of a generic partitioned matrix with 2x2 submatrices"を執筆した（岩政勇仁氏との共同研究）。
離散凸解析において重要な関数クラスであるM^natural凸関数に対して、付値一般化マトロイドを用いた新しい分解表現を提案した。この成果を論文"Compression of M^natural-convex Functions -- Flag Matroids and Valuated Permutohedra"にまとめた（藤重悟氏と共同研究）。
有向版の最小ゼロ拡張問題を考察し、無向版で知られていたNP困難性が有向版へ自然に拡張されることと多項式時間可解な部分クラス（モジュラ束）をしめし、さらに新しいNP困難クラスを示した。この結果を論文"Minimum 0-extension problems on directed metrics"にまとめた（水谷隆平氏との共同研究）。
