Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
●スペクトラルⅩ線CT: 第一世代のトリプルエネルギーCTにおいて,画像再構成ピクセルサイズを0.1mmに設定し,空間分解能を0.2mmまで改善した。次いで,被写体でのビームハードニングを利用したエネルギー弁別CTを構築した。検出器の最大出力電圧を一定にし,トリプル増幅器で得られるプロジェクションデータから画像再構成を行った。実験では増幅率を高めることにより,平均フォトンエネルギーが増加することを確認した。さらに,アナログ増幅器1台とデジタル増幅器2台を用いたトリプルエネルギーCTも構築し,上述のアナログ3台の場合と同等の画質を得ることができた。 ●スペクトラル3次元Ⅹ線CT: CdTeアレーと0.1mmフォーカスⅩ線管を用い,コーンビームを使ったトリプルエネルギーCTを構築し,ファントムなどを撮影した。スレッショルドエネルギーは33と50keVで,1.5倍拡大撮影により0.08mm程度の空間分解能が得られ,3次元イメージングを実現した。 ●ブドウ糖の癌造影効果: ブドウ糖は癌に容易に吸収され,過剰な分は脂肪に変化する。大腿にVX2癌が生着したウサギにブドウ糖を静脈注射し,3日後に7T-MRIとT1強調撮影を用いて撮影した結果,癌部位のグレイ濃度が若干増加した。 ●ガドペント酸メグルミン・ブドウ糖の癌造影効果: ブドウ糖注射液に適量のガドペント酸メグルミンを加え,大腿にVX2癌が生着したウサギの耳から静脈注射した。次いで,7T-MRIとT1強調撮影を用いて癌部位における造影剤の陽性造影効果の時間変化を撮影し,90分以上,癌部位のグレイ濃度が増加した。
