The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between primary dysmenorrhea and lifestyle habits based on chrono-nutrition and chrono-exercise in female university students.
The main findings of this study were that individuals with “low fish intake” dietary pattern had a higher risk of primary dysmenorrhea, and that individuals who engaged in more high-intensity physical activity during leisure time had a significantly lower prevalence of primary dysmenorrhea.
