平成31年度も引き続き聞き取りによるデータ収集をアメリカと日本にて行ない、書き起こし作業とデータ分析を前進させた。データ分析は今後、ジェンダー、キャリア、組織、リーダーシップ、教育、年齢などのサブテーマごとに分析と整理が必要である。日本における外資系企業のシニアマネジメント女性のデータをもとに、論文を執筆しアメリカ社会学会にて“Managing Up: Career Navigation of Women with MBAs and Consulting Experience in Japan.”を発表した。Sociologists for Women in Societyの冬季総会にて“Gendered Career Mobility and Women Managers in Foreign Firms in Japan.”を発表した。日本とドイツの資本主義モデルとジェンダー政策についての分析した論文がジャーナル Social Politics から出版されることが決定した
