Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
The research project has been slightly delayed. This is due to the preparation of book proposal for submission to an interested publisher who contacted me about the project. While slowly my progress somewhat, this has generated more interest in the project at this early stage and greatly improved its overall focus and content. Currently, I am finishing the proposal for submission to the publisher before returning to writing later portions of the manuscript.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
During this last year of the project additional research and writing will be conducted to finish a more complete draft of the manuscript. I hope to secure a book contract by the end of this year before further work on finalizing the manuscript for publication.
|
Causes of Carryover |
It was determined that funds allocated for travel were not needed at this time. They may, however, be needed in the new fiscal year. Further research requires that some of the unused funds be used to purchase books that are essential for the completion of the project.
