Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this study is to examine the organization for professionals such as lawyers to carry out their professional activities from the perspective of company law with reference to French law. During this research period, I focused on notary public companies in France and statutory auditor companies in France and auditing firms in Japan, and I clarified in my treatises the legislative trends regarding notary public companies and statutory auditor companies, company form options available to these professionals, reasons for their selection, etc. I also translated a major revision of the professional company legislation in France in February 2023.

本研究は、フランス会社法の研究を専門とする研究代表者が、フランスの職業専門家のための会社法制に関する研究を行うものである。専門職業を実施するための組織における現代的問題（経営の合理化、経営基盤の確保、グループ経営の実現、退社時の紛争予防、事業承継の円滑化等）を個々の研究課題として設定し、会社法学の観点からそれらに取り組むという点で、本研究には学術的意義がある。これらの現代的問題を解決するための方策を提言することができれば、職業専門家から、より専門性の高い安定したサービスの提供を受けることができるようになると予想される点で、本研究には社会的意義もある。
