I finished submitting a book proposal, and two journal articles. A conference which had been prepared for some time had to be postponed, however, most of the the preparations can be continued.

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
Because of travel restrictions, a conference that I am preparing had to be postposed to AY2022. Related to that, book chapters which were planned to be drawn from this conference will be edited and published later than expected.

Finish the last article and edited book on cyber diplomacy. Organize and conduct a conference in Japan. Submit another journal article.
