| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2019年5月には"Empirical study of the effect of floor-area-ratio regulation in Japan (戸建て住宅に対する容積率規制の実証研究)"と題する研究発表を、インドにおける RSAI World Congress で行った。また、2019年3月には研究会を開催した。
"Measuring cross-externality among different types of real-estates (不動産の種類を超えた外部性の計測)"と題する研究発表を、2020年5月における world congress of the regional science association international の年次大会で発表予定であったが、新型コロナ肺炎流行により学会が中止となった。
2021年8月25日の60th ERSA Congressにて「Moran's I test and spatial autocorrelation in explanatory variables」と題する研究を発表した。 また、2021年11月の日本不動産学会にて、「環境認証・評価がオフィスビル賃料に与える影響」と題する研究と「戸建て住宅に対する 容積率規制の実証研究」と題する研究の2編を発表した。
2022年6月ポーランドで開催された 16th World Conference of the Spatial Econometrics Associationにて、"Moran's I test and spatial autocorrelation in explanatory variables"と題する研究を発表した。
