2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
In accordance with the stated 2017 research plan, research activity was ongoing and firstly collected broad published materials on related keywords. Further the following research activity themes were adopted, Converse, Engage and Create.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
At the same time, it will become important to generate and test evolving themes to establish the most exemplary models of successful Enterprise CSR to rural CB cases in their respective type and KPIs. This will happen mostly over the Summer 2018. Engage: Other conferences with regional focus with relevant persons will assist in verifying, modelling and modifying research parameters and theory developed about the behavioural patterns and relationships between enterprise CSR and rural CB. Create: A structured field survey will be used. This aims to test the benefits and structures of enterprise CSR to rural CB. Visits with relevant NGOs and university research organisations will continue.
In 2018, interim publication of results is planned at one or two relevant international management academic conferences with the aim to again, broadly engage with expert others and confirm research direction. The general focus is to move to consolidation of the above research activities by documentation, analysis and most importantly publication of results to justify the research and conclusions. For example, preparations are underway for a researcher team visit to Wanju, South Korea in November 2018. Paper submission drafts are being prepared.
