Outline of Final Research Achievements

Various interview surveys revealed that there were entrepreneurs who moved from the Tokyo metropolitan area to start their own businesses after the major external shock of the earthquake, or who fundamentally changed their businesses by joining an existing company.
In addition, a survey of crowdfunding activities revealed that the use of crowdfunding, which became more active after the external shocks, rapidly expanded its network, and that entrepreneurs were able to further develop their business strategies by linking this network to their business strategies. We also found cases where individuals who started businesses in the affected areas developed their businesses by fostering networks with local entrepreneurs.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
