Outline of Annual Research Achievements	The focus of the current year was to develop closer relationships with some possible industries and factories where a sizeable number of foreign workers work in Japan. Also, another focus was to conduct several pilot studies for the new scale in understanding multi-layered cultural dimensions in the perception of foreign-workers.
Current Status of Research Progress	Current Status of Research Progress 3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed. Reason Because of some methodological difficulties in sampling enough participants for scale development, there was a delay.
Strategy for Future Research Activity	In the final year of the project, the Principal Investigator will be more closely working with the cooperating companies for data collection for a larger sample and will be hosting two symposia on addressing the issues on the increasing numbers of foreign workers in Japan since April 2019.
Causes of Carryover	残額が不足していたため、旅費の支出を保留した。2019年度予算と合算して旅費を支出する。
