Outline of Final Research Achievements

Based on the systematic understanding about theories and methods of several type of psychotherapies, matching psychotherapist's orientation and client's needs or preferences, and finding common factors between variety of self-help methods or attempts of clients and traditional psychotherapy interventions, how psychotherapies come to more effective as well as what a really useful psychological support should be were considered.
