| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
交付申請時に記載した「研究の目的」に即し、校長のリーダーシップの日本的特徴を明らかにするため、主に次の3つの方法により研究を実施した。1．2019年度に実施した1都3県の公立学校長を対象とする質問紙調査の分析、2．国内外研究者との共同研究、3．国内の研究協力校への訪問調査。コロナ禍により当初の計画どおり研究を進めることができなかったため研究期間を延長したが、日本の校長のリーダーシップをパターナリズムの観点から分析し、その経営管理主義（managerialism）の浸透による変容を明らかにすることができた。
