Outline of Annual Research Achievements

液体に大気圧プラズマを照射すると、液中に複数の窒素酸素系化学種が生成されることは多くの研究が報告されている。このようにプラズマを照射して作製された液体は、プラズマ医療や生命科学、農業分野、液中プラズマナノ材料プロセス分野、基礎化学分野において広くかつ有用に活用されることが期待される。その中で、プラズマ活性水(プラズマ処理水)は紫外吸収方法を用いて水中の溶存酸素や窒素酸素系化学種の濃度がリアルタイムかつ定量的に測定が可能である。水中の溶存酸素や窒素酸素系化学種の濃度測定を行うためには、測定対象物の固有の吸収スペクトルに関する正確なデータが必要不可欠である。
本研究では、紫外吸収分光法の測定の正確さを向上するために、従来の測定範囲より短波長側での可能性を探索して、測定可能な範囲でのその場測定のデモンストレーションを行うことを目標にした。初年度の2017年度は、窒素パージチャンバーのを制作し、測定限界波長を明らかにすること。2018年度は、プラズマ処理水、各試薬を用いて真空紫外吸収スペクトルを明らかにすること。最終年度の2019年度は、ここまで構築される真空紫外吸収スペクトルデータベースを基づいて成分分析を行うこと。設定された目標は2018年度に達成済であるため、2019年度は、他機関のデータとの比較による検証とプラズマ活性水中の生成メカニズムの解明を重点的に行った。
本研究で構築された吸収分光のデータベースを活用した結果を2件の論文発表と8件の国内外シンポジウム及び会議にて招待講演を受けた。プラズマ活性水中の生成メカニズムの解明に関して1件の論文が掲載される予定だる。
