Outline of Annual Research Achievements

感圧塗料(PSP)は物体上の圧力分布を,CCD/CMOSカメラなどを用いて光学的に面計測できる新しい計測法である.本研究は,シャッタースピードが1-100マイクロメータと非常に短い高速流体現象を高精度で計測するために,発光電気化学セル(LEC)の原理に基づく電気励起式の高輝度LEC-PSPの開発を行った.感圧色素PtTFPPを使用したLECの作成方法を検討し,適切な調合割合,膜厚,作成条件を見出した.膜厚は安定した発光特性を得るうえで重要な因子であり,膜厚が100-140nmの時に一番安定的な特性が得られることが分かった.また,空気の透過性を得るために疎水性の発光層をオゾン処理で親水化し,PEDOT:PSSをスピンコートで塗布した電極を形成しようとしたが,発光色素も参加されて発光強度が低下してしまう現象が見られた.そこでアルミ蒸着量を減らし金属蒸着の膜厚を120nmから20nmまで減らしたところ蒸着面に隙間が生じるようになり発光強度を減少させずに空気透過性が得られた.開発されたLEC-PSPはスプレー塗装で作成した従来のPSPと同等の0.49%/kPaの圧力感度と,約36倍の発光強度が得られた.これにより取得画像のS/N比向上とそれに伴う計測精度を大幅に向上させることができることが示した.
