| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
大規模災害後に支援物資が被災地に集中することで発生する物資集中問題は典型的な二次災害の一つである．同問題を解決するうえで義援物資をマッチングするシステムの実装が有効であると考えられる．ただし，マッチングシステムを開発しても義援物資の提供者が必ず利用する保証はない．そこで，本研究ではマッチングシステムの社会的実装に向けた研究開発に取りくんでいる．
2022年度は，2021年度までに実施したもののCOVID-19によるパンデミックが原因で発表機会を逃していた分析結果の成果発表を行った．第一に，WEBシステムとして実装したマッチング・システムのユーザビリティの性能評価実験と潜在的利用者の利用インセンティブに関する室内実験の分析結果を第8回情報通信技術国際会議（Eighth International Congress on Information and Communication Technology，London, Februry, 2023）にて口頭発表を行った．発表論文は査読付きProceedings (Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems Series, Springer) に掲載され，2023年8月に刊行される．第二に，マッチングシステムが利用できない状況における早い者勝ちメカニズムによるマッチングのモデル化とマッチングシステム導入効果の定量化に関する分析結果を第69回北米地域学会（69th North America Meetings of the Regional Science Association International, Montreal, November, 2022）にて口頭発表を行った．
