Evaluation of mineralization potential for hydrothermal deposits using fluid inclusion and stable isotope analyses

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

令和３年度に行った研究は、以下の通りである。１）インドネシア、西ジャワのPongkor浅熱水金鉱床、東ジャワのTrenggalek地域の鉱徴地、中央ボルネオのRuwaiスカルンZn-Pb-Ag鉱床の鉱石の全岩化学組成、EPMA分析、流体包有物マイクロサーモメトリー分析、ガス化学組成分析データの取りまとめを行い、論文の執筆を進めた。２）フィリピン・ルソン島のDidipio斑岩Cu-Au鉱床、Acupan金鉱床、Mankayan金鉱床地域の鉱石の全岩化学組成、鉱物化学組成、流体包有物分析、硫黄同位体分析のデータをまとめて論文を執筆した。３）新潟県・佐渡金鉱床の全岩化学組成、鉱物化学組成、流体包有物、安定同位体のデータ取りまとめを行い、論文の執筆を進めた。４)タイ・Sukhothai褶曲帯において採取した鉱石試料の全岩化学組成分析、EPMA分析、流体包有物観察、硫黄同位体分析を行った。５）鹿児島県の菱刈鉱床、錫山鉱床、南薩型鉱床の鉱石の顕微鏡観察、全岩化学組成分析、石英のカソードルミネッセンス分析とEPMA分析、流体包有物分析、硫黄同位体分析を行なった。６）モザンビークの複数の金鉱徴地の全岩化学組成分析、流体包有物分析、硫黄同位体分析、データ解析、論文執筆を行った。
以上の研究活動により流体包有物と各種同位体分析のデータと鉱化作用の特性の関係が明らかになりつつある。総合解析を行った結果、低硫化型の浅熱水金鉱床において高金品位の石英脈に共通する流体包有物のガス組成の特性が認められた。また、一部の鉱床において、酸素-水素安定同位体組成のデータの解析から高金品位の鉱体を形成するポテンシャルを持つ深部循環熱水の関与が認められた。このような分析データは鉱床探査の指標として応用できる可能性があるため、研究を継続する予定である。
