| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We investigated effective measures for Japanese agricultural companies expanding overseas to properly manage local employees. We found that excellent human resources were secured for both management and employees, and that experienced managers provided detailed management. As a result, we confirmed effects such as very high levels of employee job satisfaction. However, we felt that it was necessary to consider the costs involved from a management perspective.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
近年、主にアジアにおける経済成長を取り込むために海外展開を視野に入れる農業法人等が増加している。しかし、日本人の管理者が現地従業員を管理することには困難を伴うことが多い。本研究では、こうした人的資源管理において重要な取り組み等について解明を行った。この研究成果により、従業員の職務満足度を向上させ、より生産性の高い農業経営の実践に寄与すると考えられる。
