Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A new reagent was developed in which the previously developed reagent that can detect influenza virus by fluorescence, and it was immobilized on beads. Several reagents with different distances between the beads and the virus detection part were prepared.

インフルエンザ検出試薬を溶かした溶液を調製したり、適量添加するなどの手間をかけることなく検出操作を行うことができる。さらに、樹脂に固定化することによって、試薬を集積することができるため、高感度なインフルエンザ検出キットを作成することができる。
