Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は，日本人労働者を対象に，職の不安定性が労働者の心身の健康（精神的健康および冠動脈疾患の危険因子となる各種生理指標）に及ぼす影響を明らかにするとともに，これらの関連を緩衝する仕事の資源を明らかにすることを目的としている。2018年度～2019年度に，製造業（2事業場）に勤務する労働者を対象に1年間の縦断研究（WEBによる自記式調査）を実施した（ベースライン調査には224名，フォローアップ調査には169名が回答した）が，当初の補助事業期間内（2019年度まで）に各種生理指標を含むデータベースの構築と研究成果の公表を十分に行うことができなかったため，昨年度～今年度にかけて補助事業期間を延長し，研究を継続することにした。
研究成果の公表については，既存のデータを用いた解析も含め，原著論文や総説，国際学会への発表等を通じて一定の公表を行うことができた。また，新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の拡大に伴い，当面の間，調査対象企業への出張が制限されていたが，調査対象企業から定期健康診断時に測定した各種生理指標のデータを取得することができ，自記式調査の回答データと統合し，データベース（パネルデータ）の構築を行った。
本研究は今年度で終了となるが，今後も引き続き，心理的ストレス反応やワーク・エンゲイジメント等の精神的健康の指標だけでなく，各種生理指標もアウトカムとして，職の不安定性と仕事の資源の交互作用を検討していく予定である。
