Outline of Annual Research Achievements

レセプトデータを用いて、PIMsで最も処方数が多いベンゾジアゼピン系薬剤（BZD)の服用と骨折発生の関連について分析をおこなったところ、75歳以上の入院患者において、BZD投与群は、骨折発症と有意に関連した。さらに、作用時間ごとの分析において、短時間、中時間作用型と、作用時間が長くなるほど有意に関連した。また、長時間作用型も有意に関連したが、服用人数が少なかったことから、短、中時間作用型と比べ、リスク値は小さかった。この成果は、5月にアメリカ老年医学会年次集会（開催都市：ポートランド）及び6月に開催された日本老年医学会学術大会（開催都市：仙台）でポスター発表を行った。現在論文投稿に向けて論文作成中である。
