| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
肝細胞癌（HCC）におけるTSP-1の発現量を評価するため、HCC cell lineからRNAを抽出し、realtime PCR法を用いて、定量化した。Cell lineとしてはwell differentiated typeとしてHepG2、HuH1、HuH７、PLC/PRF/5を、Poor differentiated typeとしてHLE、HLF、SK-Hep1を選んで解析した。TSP-1 mRNAの発現はPoor differentiated typeのHCCで高い傾向を認めた。このうち、TSP-1 mRNAの発現が最も高かったSK-Hep1と最も低かったPLC/PRF/5を用い、xenograft modelの作製を行っている。

Reason
zenograft modelマウスとしてヌードマウスを使用し、マウス肝左葉被膜下にHCC細胞を接種したが、腫瘍細胞が定着せず、腫瘍結節を形成することに成功していない。

HCC cell lineにおけるTSP-1と増殖能、浸潤能の関係について検討し直し、xenograft modelとして適切なcell lineを選定し直す必要がある。
また、他の系統の免疫不全マウスを用いて、実験を行う。

HCC cell lineにおけるTSP-1と増殖能、浸潤能の関係について検討し直し、xenograft modelとして適切なcell lineを選定し直す必要がある。また、他の系統の免疫不全マウスを用いて、実験を行うため、動物実験購入・飼育費用にも充てたい。最新の研究情報を得るため、及び研究成果発表のための学会出張旅費にも充てたいと考える。
