Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
昨年度に引き続き,口腔扁平上皮癌組織を採取した際にはRNAを抽出し,全遺伝子発現をマイクロアレイにて検索し,上皮幹細胞由来か,唾液腺幹細胞由来か,骨髄由来かを検討しながら治療戦略を立てている.それと同時に,使用していくマイクロアレイチップで全遺伝子発現を検索し,詳細な臨床データをデータベース化していき,骨髄由来超高悪性度口腔扁平上皮癌を簡便に識別できる数個のマーカーの検索を進めている. これまでの研究を基に多くの論文が発表でき,現在,それらの原著論文をまとめる形で,記述的総説論文を執筆している.
