Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究により、乳がんを持つ母親が病気に伴う情報を思春期女子に伝えることへの困難感と対処法および支援ニーズが明らかになった。また、乳がんを持つ母親と思春期女子の体験が明らかになった。これらのことから、母親役割を持つがん患者が安心して治療を受けるための支援に対する重要な示唆を得た。また,得られた結果は,今後,再発・転移乳がん患者や遺伝性乳がん患者である母親と子どもへの看護支援を見出す手掛かりになるためと考える.
