| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The objectives of this study were to clarify the systemic problems which hamper the flexible participation of the Certified Nurse Specialist on visiting nurses service, and to explore the efficient support system by the Certified Nurse Specialist in cancer nursing. We figured out that there are the systemic problems which hamper the flexible participation of the Certified Nurse Specialist on visiting nurses service, by conducting the interviews to those health providers. We assessed those problems as the barrier for performing the collaborative visiting care with the visiting nurses and Certified Nurse Specialist in cancer nursing. And visiting nurses wanted the Certified Nurse Specialist in cancer nursing to support the decision making of patients and families at the hospital to which they belong, and to introduce visiting nurses at an early stage.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究は、未だ明らかになっていない、2012年の診療報酬改定により算定が可能となった、がん看護専門看護師との同行訪問が実施されていない要因、訪問看護師ががん看護専門看護師に求める支援を明らかにすることであり、学術的にも意義があると考える。
